30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your AURI experience. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How To Start A Return
Email us at hello@theauriritual.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. Please note — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@theauriritual.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used ear seeds. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@theauriritual.com
